    For JA Extension Manager our team is working on it fix this issue.
    You can download the template from template download page . If you are getting error kindly reset forum password, clear browser cache and cookies and try to download again.

    You have access to download all JATC templates and extensions.

    Changed password per your suggestion. I have changed the password on my joomlart account and cleared my browser cache. Also, I have updated the password on JA extension manager in the service manager tab. But I am still receiving "Error occuring when upgrading" during the update of the Ja_company template. Also, I can not download the JA google map plugin without paying another $55.00 for JEAC.

    can you check my JATC account to make sure I’m allowed to access all the joomlart extensions?
    When will they fix JA extension manager?

    As you have JATC membership you can download the extensions from template download pages.
    JAEC extension pages needs JAEC membership.
    You can download the JA Google map plugin from here
    For JAEM we will fix the issue soon.

    I was able to download the ja google map plugin and updated ja_company template. Uploaded both items and they appear to to work.

    Thanks for the temporary solution.
