Hi,

I can’t figure out why the background image for ACM module "testimonials" from the quickstart won’t load in my URL

From what I can see, there’s no reason it shouldn’t work. See screenshots

Can u try to use a domain URL for tge site and check if issue is still there ?
Also if you updated Joomla to 3.7 let me know, as the template is not ready for latest Joomla at this time.

I have NOT updated to Joomla 3.7.

I do NOT have a live URL to use. This site is under development.

The background picture WAS THERE when I set up the quickstart. Then it disappeared. I have no idea why, and no matter which image I select in ACM, nothing shows up!

Hi Pankaj,

I already had a developer take a look at the module and fix the code.

Problem was in templates/ja_company/acm/testimonials/tmpl/style-2.php on line 26

You may want to take a look at it and release a new version of the module.

Yes in ACM module there is an issue after Joomla update and it will be fixed in the update of template for sure.

The issue is NOT after Joomla update, its in 3.6.5 as my screenshots clearly show…

It’s working fine on Joomla3.6.5. You can check the demo site also.
In the screenshot, i am not able to check the site backend Joomla.
It would be helpful if you can provide the site details in Private reply so i will have a look on your issue.
Without check/debug the problem its hard to assume the problem.

Hi,

I’m just trying to help you guys. You can see that the issue is on 3.6.5 because it says so in the bottom-right corner of the screenshot of the admin page I posted above.

Second, I have already fixed the problem on my site because I hired a developer to look at the problem. He told me the code isn’t very good and even gave me the PHP file and which line the problem was at. I have given that to you.

I’m not sure what else I can do. Of course, you can just leave things the way they are. But I’m sure someone else will encounter the same problem down the line. Anyway, no need to reply, I think we’ve said all that’s needed on this topic…
