I don’t understand why ja comment does not appear in joomla articles.
It appears in K2 articles but not joomla…
Of course categories in the plugins have been selected…

I have many many problems with this template since installed.

New module, etc, each time I have errors…

So could you please help me to explain why comment form does not appears
For the FTP use folder : /esprityoga_prod/

    Thanks

After running the Extension Manger on your site, I see that almost everything in the site is either unsupported or needs updating.
My first step would be to perform all necessary updates, start with T3 framework if needed.
Get back to me after all has been updated on the site if the problems still exist.
    Thanks!

Many adaptations have been made on many composants..
So an update of these will represent a lot of work…

I prefer to solve the problem…
On category blog list I see the comment link & number…
but nothing appears when I click on it…

So all is working except detail of an article…
And added to article, there is no plugin or exotic things

If I add JA comment when I edit the article with buttons below editor,
    ja comment appears properly…

So I don’t think that it is a big problem,
but enough for me becaus I’ve serached and founded any solution…

Regarding others component, their configuration has been a big work and many small adaptation have been made to work properly
especially with this template. I’m used to work with joomlart templates, and had any problem, excepts with this one…

So if you could find me a solution
    it would be great… really

All the problem is concentrated to article detail (joomla content)
in K2, no problem it is working properly

    Thanks for your help

Well, when we do an update of something, it is for an improvement or bug fix so the updates must be done. I will ask someone else to step in on this thread since you do not wish to update anything.

    ok Thanks…
    I wait for news…

for information, I have updated the version of ja comment but it didn’t solved the problem…
And JA comment is working fine on all my JA templates,
so it is really comming from the template…

and this is the first time I’m so blocked and don’t find alone a solution,
This time I really need help.

    Cougniot,

Per Blaine’s suggestion...I went in to your administrative panel and UPDATED all of the Joomlart components/modules/plugins (9 out of date).
I then went to your latest piece of non-K-2 content entitled, “Le nouveau RDV du vendredi !” and added JA Comment.

    And it works. 🙂

We work VERY hard to make sure the advice we give is as accurate as possible.
I would encourage you in the future to just try what we recommend before dismissing it so offhandedly.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
I would also recommend you update your instance of Joomla as soon as possible. You are currently at 1.5.22 and the latest version is 1.5.26 and there have been several SECURITY fixes in the updates in between.

    Have a GREAT weekend!
    John.

I already tested added manually in a non jomla article a comment using the below editor button..
But I’d like form appears in all this category called “le blog de la redaction”

It is selected in JA comment plugin
but if you see other articles in the blog,
    when you open them,
    there is no form.

The normal functionnement of the component is to display form in all articles coming from a category selected in Ja comment plugin

And this is not he case

    Yes mee too 🙂
But when you click on it, you’ll see,
there is no comment form in the article

except if you add it manually clicking on the button JA comment ON below the article text editor.

But normally, when you select through the plugin JA comment a joomla category
    the form is automatically inserted.

It is working fine for K2 content,
    but not for joomla articles…

If you could help me for that

You should select “All Menus” for it. Because your single article page doesn’t link to any menus.

I solved the problem by creating a new category, to replace the one where articles had problems.
    And now it is working
