ask for help, how can I set a wider menu bar? as in the example in the attached picture

Hello mate,

Please open your template.css file (templates/ja_cloris/css/template.css)

And add this code snippet at the bottom of it.

#mainnav .main { width: 980px; }

You may want to change 980 with other number.
