I have the problem, that JA bulletin and JA Image Hotspot module are succesful uploaded and seen in the joomlart extension manager as well under "manage" but not under "modules" … Under modules are only JA Login, JA Masshead, JA slideshow.

What is my fault?

Hi
Did u created the Module from Module Manager > New > JA Bulletin ??
Same way create JA Hotspot module . And Configure them with help of the documentation
