Hi,
I just purchase ja premium builder, but do not recognize the joomlart login credentials to edit content blocks.

Hi,

Could you try these steps :
- Reset your Joomlart account password (remember to not use special character in your password).
- Clear your browser’s cache
- Try to login to JA Builder again using new password
If the above does not help, please use the Private Reply to provide us your site URL / admin login and allow us to reset your password so we could test further.
