In a later post, I placed the ACM Module from Uber into Nuevo.
This was back in 2015 and everything seems to be running well.
using this method: Using JA ACM in other templates

My question is since there have been several updates should I be concerned?
Meaning, is there a special way to update the ACM within Nuevo or does the update know that there is also an ACM Module within the Nuevo Template and will automatically update this as well as the one in Uber?

Hi
You can update the JA ACM module from JA Extension Manager like any other Joomlart extension.
But to update the ACM file in the template acm folder you need to re-insert the acm file from the fresh package of JA Uber template.
