It seems that issue comes from Mijoshop after you update Joomla, I tried to switch default template to a standard of Joomla like Beez / Protostar, I see lots of JS conflict error: http://prntscr.com/h6t9ag

Thank you for that. After diving into it further I found that jquery was not being loaded after the upgrade therefore all the javascript errors.

I tried just upgrading the Mijoshop jquery plugin for the 2.5 release level and the problem is solved even at Joomla 3.8.2.
