    Hi
    Can u tell me the Template and T3 plugin you are using on your site? So that i can replicate this bug at my end and investigate this issue?
    Also let me know in which browser you are facing this issue.

    Hi

    The template is t3_bs3_blank.

    The T3 Framework plugin version is 2.6.3.

    The problem occurs in both Safari & Chrome on an iPad Air 2 in my case.

    To replicate use an iPad (not Chrome dev tools), go to this URL:
    https://www.simplywebsitesupport.co.uk/

    Select the Services menu, you should find (although not every time) the drop down appears, then disappears very quickly and can then be selected again without refreshing the browser.

    It looks like it fails as you have FTP selected, it must be SFTP.

    Can you try it with SFTP, it should then work.

    Can u give me test site details where i can disable the extensions?
    On fresh package we are not able to replicate the problem.

    I tested your site also http://dev.simplywebsitesupport.co.uk/ And there is no issue in the dropdown of menu in Ipad view, It’s working fine, http://prntscr.com/eylxhg I only disable the Widgetkit extension on the test site. You can disable the 3rd party extension one by one to check it on your live site.
    It also working fine with the demo site.

    Thank you, I think you’re right, it appears to be the System – Widgetkit plugin, as soon as that is enabled the iPad dropdown menu breaks.

    I’ll look into this further and ask their advice too and see if there is a way to fix it.
