Hi!
I’m using this module since 2013 on my website.
Then it was 100% free.
Now when you go on module page:

you see that is written:

JA Google Chart is free Responsive Joomla extension for Joomla 3

So is it free or not because I’m planing to change my whole website and I don’t have install package anymore I think. Is there any way to get it free?

The info in this page is not up-to-date, we’re sorry for the confusion. We are correcting it now.

JA Google Chart used to be available for free . However we decided to move it to paid section recently after we updated it to add more layouts and features .
It’s definitely worth the purchase so I hope you consider getting it.
