Hello, I would like to rename pictures that I already uploaded in Joomla. Is it possible, or do I have to delete them and upload my pictures again?

Hi aliocha !
it’posible . You can use rename it by FTP ( note : must set permission for it to writeable ) . If images is using in content of joomla , You must update content then rename images.
