No, not the Off-canvas Sidebar.
In the Blank Template, you can activate in the thememagic the inverted Navbar for the mainmenu (Megamenu).
In the Purity III is this option not included. See the Screenshot…

ok, i have it.
In the header.php change some code

<!– MAIN NAVIGATION –>
<header id=”t3-mainnav” class=”wrap navbar navbar-default navbar-fixed-top t3-mainnav”>

to

<!– MAIN NAVIGATION –>
<header id=”t3-mainnav” class=”wrap navbar navbar-inverted navbar-fixed-top t3-mainnav”>
