You can follow this documentation to install the quickstart package.
If you want to use the quickstart service addon you have to buy the service and share the details with us.
I informed the sales team to send you information for the quickstart package installation on your registered email with us.

I paid the quickstart install ($40) for JA NEX. I want full demo data with template installed. Here is the site info:
