Hi Ludovic,

That section on homepage of JA Charity template includes JA ACM Countdown and JA ACM Slideshow module. The associated files are:

root/templates/ja_charity/acm/countdown
root/templates/ja_charity/acm/slideshow

To bring the same look of Charity template to JA Healthcare template, you will need to customize the style much as each template has its own style. I suggest you to hire a dev to get it done for you.
