It is necessary for me to create the top frame and to transfer there top.absolute, top.mainnav, top.header, top.top-panel. The total design should look following In the image:

main menu is possible in two variants:
• It is built in in opening panel-slider (probably use of cPanel)
• Or a component of the top menu.
