I’ve filled in your ‘Get a quote’ form on your support page as I have a few specific problems regarding the Purity III template with the corporate layout on my setup. I’ve already paid the 1 year membership but still prefer this free template over the paid ones.

What I need is the following (and I’m willing to pay for it as I said previously):

1. Wrong(?) slideshow compared to the demo
2. Too much margin around slideshow
3. Active search button is not ‘open’ like in the demo version – It opens a new page
4. The menu is different on the FAQ page. The main menu seems ‘double’ and the search menu is completely different

1, 2 and 3: My template has too much margin as marked and I would prefer the much better looking slideshow from the demo as shown.

Hi You have no need to use Paid services for minor custom work and to make the site like demo site .

1. Wrong(?) slideshow compared to the demo
In the demo site, we are using custom HTML slideshow for images , on your site I noticed its JA Sideshow lite module . You can configure the slideshow with help of this documentation . Find : 4. Slideshow in the documentation page . Please set the default Editor to none before edit custom HTML modules .

2. Too much margin around slideshow
Go to /template/purityIII/css/custom.css file and add below code to remove the space

.page-masthead .row-feature { padding: 0px!important; }

If there is no custom.css file kindly create it .

3. Active search button is not ‘open’ like in the demo version – It opens a new page
Kindly Create search module and publish the module on Head-search position . Like this : http://prntscr.com/cwxw6o

4. The menu is different on the FAQ page. The main menu seems ‘double’ and the search menu is completely different
On Faq the search issue will be solve once u will follow the suggestion no. 3 . Also menu is not double : http://prntscr.com/cwxwgl

That did the trick. Excellent service with the links, screen dumps and all 🙂

No 4 is still not working properly though. What I mean by ‘double’ can be seen below where you see that the main menu on the front page is written in sharp letters where as the main menu in the FAQ page is blurred as if there are two layers of names on top of each other. It’s very obvious in mobile. How do I fix this?

I also suggest you to restore the site backup that is on Joomla 3.6.2 , Purity III is not ready for latest Joomla , you may face problem in incompatible Joomla version with template .

Hi again Pankaj

On the FAQ page I have added the IdealExtensions iFAQ module but it’s been there for at least the latest 3-4 Joomla versions and without further changes.
Strange you’re getting an entirely different view of the FAQ page, I ‘only’ get a different desktop and mobile version.

Ref the 3.6.3 version I haven’t experienced any downsides to upgrading but note taken.
