    Seems that this error happens in new version of Joomla, I’ve passed this to the dev crew via our bug tracking system: http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JAECIMAHOT-51

    I will get back to you when it’s fixed.

    You should use single quotation mark ‘ ‘ instead of double ” “ so it will look like:
    <img src=’#’>
    <a href=’#’>
