The font code is override by a file coming from here : http://prntscr.com/gat2x9
Do you have any 3rd party extension that use this file?

Hello

That’s possible, but I don’t know which one. Event booking from Joomdonation, K2, Acymailing, AcySMS?
I was trying to do the same as you did on the screen shot. Unfortunately I can’t make the ::before=0$ to appear.

Hi
Add this code in custom.css file to avoid the override for icon
```
.icon-arrow-up:before {
    content: "\f062"!important;
}
```
