I’ll use localhost (with xampp) and joomla 1.5.1 stable.. and add “ja rochea” but firstly should i add domain in membership panel? and how can i set?

when i finish my work in localhost i ll move files and databases to domain (internet) which i use… what can i do?

can i use template now?

You can add the domain in your members panel, and you can add the domain now or wait until you go live with your site. Check how to do it here: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/have-you-licensed-your-domain/
