I want to reduce the height of the image in Home. I have modified the CSS code and it does not work. Can somebody help me?

.layout-home .t3-masthead .t3-masthead-mask {
    position: absolute;
   height: 80%
    width: 100%;
    z-index: 1;
    bottom: 0;
}

There are a lot of image showing on Home, can u share a screenshot of the image?
