This module sent request to Yahoo API to get data.
Data respond is fixed. You can’t translate it.
But you can do trick by translate this fixed string via JText::_

    Hi Guys,

You must save your file as UTF-8 (without BOM)

You can help you with these files for the translation, but be careful there is a lot of mistakes because of BOM character.

    https://localize.drupal.org/translate/downloads?project=yahoo_weather_forecast

or help you with Tiempo Yahoo
