hello all

every time i try to upload a file to joomla ( for example i edit a logo and i wana upload it ) it says i cant upload or they refuse to take the file in my ftp.

is there any way to fix that?

It seem to be the problem of permission, you can try chmoding the file and folder to 777.
If it does not work, there are some extentions for doing this.
