I installed Jaintranet it is different as in your demo, please see the picture, Also is no possible to update jaextensions I have the message loggin failed, it was not possible loggin with my account.

When I try update language and t3framework I have this warming..I show in picture3

I don no have a web page ,,,Im trying to intall this template to an intranet,, ..I don not have autorization to gave you a credential..no yet….I thik is no possible update becouse joomlart extension pakage file is zip.. i need rar extension in files pakage. my security setting refuse zip and exe file extension.

It’s recommended as a zip file by Joomla: https://docs.joomla.org/Installing_an_extension

You can download into your PC and change to type you want and upload to your server.
