    I can’t renew my licence (only buy)

    The price is 89$ and not 67$ .
    And I didn’t receive an alert for the end of my subscription why ?

    Hello Mel,

    Renewal discount is available if you renew subscription prior to membership expiry date only. I this case your subscription has ended since Aug 2016 so the system does not grant you the discount automatically.

    I’ve notified our sales department to contact you via emails to instruct you further on how to renew manually.
