Hi there,

I would like to update my template to the last version T3 Blank 2.2.4 but I deleted my email account long time ago and now I have another. So I can not access to download the last version.
Throught my system I just can update to 2.2.1(see the image attached).

Hi
Kindly use JA Extension manager component to update the JA Extension on site
Configure it with your forum username and password and update the extension using Joomlart updates.
All JA Extension are only updated via JAEM.

Kindly reset Your password for the account you are using now on forum. Do not use special char, and try to logoin again on site. You will download the template.
Also, use the same in JAEm component profile.

Thank you so much, I could download the last version but when updating the template the shopping card disappear (see the picture attached). The first picture is the web site ok with shopping card and the second picture is after updating…

Any solution?

There is the shopping cart, the problem is the header that is not showing it.

It is hard for me to assume this issue without site URL.
Kindly post the URL of site and share the error details you are facing in header.
In your screenshots i can see the header is visible.

Hi
On the older site, you have custom work in the header.
When u updated the template the header file is overridden by latest updated file.
You have to apply the changes again on the new site that u applied on old site.
