I’m using the Ja intranet version 1.0.0 template
And I’m getting refreshed for bersao 1.0.2 and I’m getting this error:

Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Sorry, this extension is invalid, unpublished or no longer supported: jaintranetjaintranet_j16

The user and password of JoomlArt Extensions Manager is correct

What I can do to fix this?

Hi
Are you using duplicate template with different name?
If not and still getting error, kindly post the site temp super user details via Private reply. so that i have a look on it.

Take a backup of site before update template.
