    Hi,

I am using JA Social and Jomsocial, but am experiencing a problem when I try to reset my password.

I click on login, and then ‘Forgot your password?’ > enter my email address, when I try to enter the token that I receive in the forgot password email, It just refreshes the screen and I am unable to choose a new password…

Hi Pritam. There seems to be the same issue with my deployment as well. I am using Joomla 1.5.22, JA Social and sh404sef as well. Let me know if there is a solution that you have identified. Thanks in advance!

    I’m experiencing the same problem.

This article didn’t work a the reset.php file is not in the template files:

    http://docs.joomla.org/Confirm_password_in_1.5.16

    Any updates on that?
