However, the dropbox for “Companies” modules should be resized to fit into the modules width

As Hung Dinh said, a little problem on the “companies” drop down, what he forgot to say was that this was on Firefox. On IE you have much bigger problems. As 90% of your visiting customers will use IE, you may want to address these easily fixable errors.
