Hi
First kindly update the template to latest version 1.0.5.
Now open /acm/video/tmpl/style-1.php file
Find
```
                        <img alt="" src="http://img.youtube.com/vi/<?php echo $video_link; ?>/maxresdefault.jpg" />
```
replace it with
```
                        <img alt="" src="//img.youtube.com/vi/<?php echo $video_link; ?>/maxresdefault.jpg" />
```
save and check.
