Its part of JCE (Joomla Content Editor) component, part of most recent joomla configurations (comes default I think…). It has CSS to support this. Here’s some tutorials. Great product, you should make sure it works with JA Builder…

I’m afraid that at this moment there is not integration of JA Builder with this editor. I will pass to the team for further consideration.
