Have you tried using your Extension Manager (within your site admin)?

yes. But I got this error:
Warning: POST Content-Length of 15769228 bytes exceeds the limit of 8388608 bytes in Unknown on line 0
Look like the zip file is too big,

Try to ask your hosting provider to update your post_max_size in php.ini to a larger value.
