I need the images to show within the content of an article, not in pop up photo gallery. I need it only for few articles, for others I use pop up gallery. How possible to do this?

Hello janna

For article you don’t wanna to show thumbnail, you can use “{jathumbnail off}” in your article. JA Thumbnail will be disabled if there is “{jathumbnail off}” flag in article content.

You can also read its user guide in “JA Thumbnail” plugin settings.
