2. How can I change the Main Website Logo (JA Portfolio September JA Template) ?

Hi
Open Menu > Main Menu > Home > Page display > http://prntscr.com/f9izrp
Remove page heading/Browser page title.
For logo open templates options > Profile > T3 footer logo > No show.
