hi
i have one site with https
my question is i should register 4 times my site?
it means:
1-http without wwww
2-http with www
3-https with wwww
4-https without www
and finally preferred site is ok to https without www (my main site is https without www)
this steps is correct?

Here are Google webmaster FAQ helps you for your questions.
Beside this you can also submit your question on Google support forum for this.
As i remember you can only submit it once as the domain is always same.
