By default, modules in sidebar-2 position are not displayed in the mobile version (e.g. on the iPhone). How can I change that so that modules in sidebar-2 (e.g. newsletter registration or donation form) are displayed underneath the main content block?

Open template style > JA Social > layout > Responsive Layout > extra small > Click on red eye icon http://prntscr.com/iodoiq
To show this position in extra small views.
From this option, you can show hide module position for different screen sizes.
