    Hi there
To optimize website will require combined task
    – Server side optimize
    – Client side optimize

I afraid you’ll need developer & sysadmin to do that.

In quickly you can turn on Cache & css / js compress.

    Thank you,
    Viet Vu

    Hi there
You can also check my suggested code in Joomla! Facebook group

    https://www.facebook.com/groups/joomlanospam/permalink/10153021737080997/

It would help you cache queries if they are same.

I have worked on this for Teline V website ( ~ 40.000 articles ) and reduce from 20 seconds to ~ 4.5 seconds.
Beside that, if you know your server you can see what’s slowing ?
Enable Joomla! log mode to see that.

And one more thing. Always release memory after used . Or your server will flooded !
