How to do image tobe a link?,, If I insert the image into article I don not like how it is showing.,, Please see the picture

Hi
its core feature of Joomla, when you click element (intro image in this case) in the article on Category Blog / Featured page, it should direct you to the article detailed page. If you want to add a link over image for external sites I suggest you to raise the same question in Joomla forum.

Yes is an external link , i will suggest in joomla forum.

I noticed, when I list articles as an isotopy category the image and title has a link.. but i can not set the image link to an external page ..

Hi
You can set the default article link to it as it needs some work in PHP file to give the same link.
But it does not work for the external image, you can add one link for all images not different links.
This option is not in the core Joomla to give external links.
