Edit: It was actually the main menu appearing on the right column simply repeating top menu info.

Currently, I have no submenu items and the submenu on the right simply repeats the top menu items. How can I disable the submenu altogether?

Hi Spiros,

You can go to your Administration Panel, to Modules and unpublish the module named Main Menu. That’s how it work.
