Hi
You can change the position block from php layout files . Go to “/tpls/home-business.php” in template “uber”.
find this code
<?php $this->loadBlock('home') ?>
Then open /tpls/default.php
and paste the code after line 36 ( After submenu code
<?php $this->loadBlock('submenu') ?>
)
