Is it possible to create an alpha index in this directory theme (1st letter of items) such as the one that ZOO uses in it’s business directory…. that is A B C D E F G etc linking to first letter of items.

Or, do you know of an extension that will do this so that I can use it in your theme?

I am looking for a way to create the a-z module across the top that links to items by 1st letter in company name… which would be the first word in the title of the K2 item.

sorry but currently template does not have any function like you needed .
while you can search third party extension on Joomla Extension directory.
