Hi all

Does anyone know how I add a new module position, to the very top of my website?

I want to add a line of text to a few pages. I understand that once a new module position is available I have to create a new custom html module for it. I just need to know where to create the new position, called ‘welcome’ for example.

Any constructive help mush appreciated!
