Hi – is there any way to create a JAT3 Clean Cache button or a link for users logged into the front end of a site which will allow them to clear the cache and review updates immediately?

Hi
Sorry, clean cache is not possible from frontend it working only from the backend.
You can use cache extension from JED here that gives options to auto clean of cache on every change on site.
