Hi,

How can I create a Contact Us page? I didn’t find it in the Menu Item Type.

What is the code to add a contact form to a certain page?

Hi
If you are using a quickstart package you can find the menu item in
Main Menu > J pages > Contact > http://prntscr.com/brra4w

The contact item will be in Components > Contacts > Contact > Contact Name Here

Replicate the same to get more contact menu items .

Thanks! I do not have a quick start package, but it works. Just needs to be adjusted a bit.

Is there a way not to turn the whole menu item to a contact form, but create an HTML module with contact form code and integrate it to a page together with other modules/content? Is there a special code for that?

I am afraid its default Joomla feature that does not have any code for custom html module .
You can find third party contact modules on Joomla extension directory .
