I am using the Ja Events template.. Joomla 2.5

I need to add code for the use of statcounter just before the </body> tags. The instructions say this is located in the index.php file. However this templates index.php file is not the same as other templates

What file is the <body> and <head> tags for the site located?

I also need to add code for a live chat component in the <body> tags as well so using a 3rd party module or pasting the code to a custom html module in debug mode isn’t an option

This is customization on T3 framework so you need check carefully when updating to the new version on the future

<blockquote>Open plugins/system/jat3/jat3/base-themes/default/page/default.php</blockquote>

You can see <body> and <head> on this and change anything as you wish.
