I want to add the following text to the registration page. Should I add all this stuff to the english.php file, or would that overload it?

Benefits of registration are:
1) There’s columns to the site that are off-limits to guests (ie, the Money section). Although we have articles in those columns, you won’t be able see them even on the homepage rotation unless you’re signed in.
2) View the RockridgeResidents.Org Image Galleries
3) Write reviews
4) Post classified ads
5) Use the Forums
6) Submit articles for any column on the site. If it’s for one of the “guest columns” , it’ll be published without any editing at all.

yeap you could add it to language file or you can use communityu builder component to implement more stufs for users
