How I can add custom.css to a template?

I want that file be loaded on every page.

Hi
Custom.css support if you are using T3 framework based template only . Go to /templates/YOUR JA TEMPLATE/css/custom.css Create custom.css manually if files is not there . More info Here

It works.

Thank you.

But could you tell me where that file is loaded? I want to change ordering of loading css files in my application.
I want that custom.css be loaded at the end.

Hi
its laods in first as it used to override the style . Custom.css is defined in /tpls/blocks/head.php
