If yu have already installed the spanish language and set it to default for your frontend that will be translate to “Todos”

goto:

/language/<your-language-folder/<lang_sufix>.mod_janewspro.ini

and add to the END

MORE:=<your text>

Example in portuguese it will be:

/language/pt-PT/pt-PT.mod_janewspro.ini

Example:
