how i can change the position that appears the intro-1in homepage-5. I want to remove it from the header and place it just below.

OR

to “belong to the header” but appear just below the logo, main nav, search and basically all the staff the specific row has (mobile menu, lang sellect etc). In addition when i scroll down i do not want to be sticky like the menu is so only the menu will be scrolled/stick on the top.

JoomlArt’s LAYOUT & BLOCKS DOCUMENTATION should help you understand the basic structure of the layout blocks and how to reorder them.
