Hi vl20sas !
Highlight Modules is custom html module , you can edit it following way below :
You go to admin >> extensions >> module manager >> Highlight Modules
You edit html code in editor of the bottom .

Hi vl20sas !
You go to admin >> tools >> global check-in , then highlight module will be unlocked.
