How do I control what articles are being shown in the “Latest” section at the bottom at the template?

I would like to control what articles are being shown from a particular category for example. How is that achievable?

HI Regin The Latest section is the Main Body content , that is coming from the HOME menu (featured articles ) .
Open Menu > HOME menu and edit the category that you wanted to show .
